He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Mungo and Elizabeth Mungo; his son Eric Mungo; and his siblings, Elmer Mungo, Dwight Mungo (Ginnie Lynn) and Charlotte Carnes (John).
He is survived by: his wife Fae Forrest Mungo; his sons, Scott Mungo (Curt) and Keith Mungo; his granddaughter Erin Wright (Robert); his great grandchildren, Raelyn and Connor; his siblings, Mae Faile (Harold) and George B Mungo (Doris); and his sisters-in-law, Bettie Sharp (Terry) and Pauline Mungo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lions Club International or Trinity United Methodist Church.
