He is survived by: his children, Jackie Shortt Rose (Dusty) of Swords Creek, VA and Ryan Shortt (Ali) of Richlands, VA; his siblings, Iris Webb (Bobby), Mary Shook (Rick) of Hickory, NC, Joe Shortt (Norms), James Shortt and Eric Shortt (Donna) of Richlands, VA; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Rose, Camden Shortt, Asher Shortt, Scarlett Shortt Companion, Frankie Goff and Jack Nelson Shortt.
