He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Berger; his children, Marianna Rollins of Frederick, MD and Larry A. Witcher of Petersburg, VA; his stepdaughter Betty Lawrence of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Arlisha Witcher of Gaithersburg, MD and Roscoe Gray, IV of Frederick, MD; and his sisters, Ann Martin of Gretna, VA, Virginia West of Gretna, VA, Lizzie Berger of Gretna, VA, Peggy Anderson of Pittsville, VA, Alice White of Pittsville, VA, Vickie Caesar of Pittsville, VA and Betty Berger of Eden, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
