He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Ratcliffe and Sallie Mae Spencer Ratcliffe; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Nuckols Ratcliffe; his nephew Cory James Ratcliffe; and his aunts, Sue Kouzoures (George) and Summie Spencer. He is also survived by loving cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Horne Funeral Home (1300 N Franklin St, Christiansburg, VA 24073). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
