He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Palmer and Katherine Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Reba Palmer; his son Patrick Palmer (Julia); his grandchildren, Alexandra Worrell, Angel Cardewell, Sarah, Katrina and Jacob Snider; and his siblings, Roger, Walter Palmer and Cassie Quessenberry. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Huffville Cemetery.
