She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Irma Bond (Flinchum); her husband George Calvin Ratcliffe; her siblings, Frances Bond, William Bond, Irvin Bond, Gerald Bond and Charles Bond; and her great grandchild Lorelei Felix.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Willis (Jerry) and Calvin Ratcliffe (Anita); her grandchildren, Lisa Craig (Steven), Leslie Tutwiler (Brian), Ashley Seymour and Matthew Seymour; and her sisters, Geraldine Dider and Mary Ann Sheffer.
