He is survived by: his wife Amy Melkus McGuire; his daughter Madeline; his son-in-law Matthew Mills; his children, Lukas McGuire and Anna McGuire; his stepmother Wanda Allen; his sisters, Loretta (Matthew Wilburn) and Rhonda (Bobby Mitcham); his siblings-in-law, Chris and Connie Melkus; and his close friend Marty Roop. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
