He was predeceased by: his parents, Gallie Horn, Sr. and Viola Bucklen Horn; his siblings, Helen, Vina, Inez, James, Ralph and Reverend Lawrence Horn; and his brother-in-law Danny Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Stilwell Horn of Pilgrims Knob, VA; his children, Emily Vandyke (Dewayne) of Pounding Mill, VA and Joey Horn (Alisha) of Tazewell, VA; his siblings, Violet Rife (Kermit), June Keen of Pilgrims Knob, VA, Nina Whited (Roger) of Raven, VA, Dora Gregg of Pilgrims Knob, VA, Wanda Horn of Pilgrims Knob, VA, Linda Proffitt of Swords Creek, VA, Virginia Anthony of Maryland, Susie Smith of Pounding Mill, VA, Peggy McGinnis (Larry) of Pounding Mill, VA and Ricky Horn (Hilda) of Elizabethton, TN.; and his grandchildren, Tyler Vandyke, Easton Horn and Weston Horn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
