It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eula Frances Cole Moore of Pilgrims Knob, Virginia, born in Jewell Valley, Virginia, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ratliff and Louise Cole Ratliff; her former husband Bill Moore; and her siblings, Maggie, Massie, Mattie Rose, Bernard and Harold Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Ann Fuller (Buddy) of Whitewood, VA, Tommy Moore (Sydra) of Claypool Hill, VA and Billy Moore, Jr. (Melissa) of Pilgrims Knob, VA; her brother Ernest Cole (Betty); and her grandchildren, Neil Moore (Sarah), Jarrod Moore, Ashley Fuller (Shannon), Howie Fuller (Sara), Joy Cordle (Tony), Chance Moore (Cassie) and Chase Moore. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to attend the Grave Side service are asked to meet at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home of Keen Mountain, VA at 11:30 a. m. In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing practicing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
