She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Lester and Linnie Collins Lester; her husband Rice Oquinn; and her siblings, Rosella Keene, Arvilla Boyd, Elsie Horne, Osa Matney, Lola Cross, Lona Garrett, Mack Lester, Van Lester and Noah Lester.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Lowe of Grundy, VA; her siblings, Juanita Lane of Dandridge, TN, Sue Church of Dandridge, TN and Floyd Lester (Ann) of Claypool Hill, VA.; and her grandsons, Dr. Seth Lowe of Atlanta, GA and Brice Lowe of Grundy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
