It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Allen Farmer of Pilgrims Knob, Virginia, born in Whitewood, Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Farmer and Vivian Compton Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Endicott Farmer of Pilgrims Knob, VA; his children, Sherri Lynn Rasnake (Randall) of Abingdon, VA and Brian Wesley Farmer (Laura) of Stoney Point, NC; his sister Sue Ward of Cedar Bluff, VA.; his grandchildren, Tyler Shawn Rasnake (Logan), ReAnna Hunt (Harrison) and Austin Brown; and his nephew Neal Ward.
The family will receive friends at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Keen Mountain, VA, Saturday, December 19th after 6:00 p. m. with evening service to be held at 7:00 p. m. In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing practicing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
