He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Underwood Karmazin (Amir); and his stepdaughters, Lynn Drummond (Kevin), Sherry Forrester, Lesley Aschenbach (Mark) and Lori Page (Mike). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
