He is survived by: his wife Mary Chenault Bailey; his daughter Elizabeth Bailey; his grandchildren, MariLynn Frank of Phenix, William Frank of Phenix and Tromaine Hurt of Phenix; and his great grandchildren, Chanze, Zavion, Eddason and Wynter. He is also survived by sister and brother in-laws; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
