She is survived by: her father Richard Clark; her son Jeremiah Smith; her grandson Julius O'Ryan Smith; her mother Mary Clark of Phenix; her siblings, Leslie Clark (Debreta), Diane Smith (John), Charles Clark (Patricia) and Robert Clark; and her friend Steve Glover. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
