It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Robinson Jackson of Phenix, Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Robinson and Bessie Randolph Robinson; her husband George Jackson; and her siblings, Orabelle Martin, Idelle Venable, Rose Johnson, William Robinson, Raymond Robinson, Carrington Robinson, Sr. and James Robinson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Catherine Robinson Jackson of Phenix, Virginia and Dr. Hezteine Robinson Foster of Phenix, Virginia; her sister-in-law Emogene Forest Robinson of Phenix, Virginia; and her nieces and nephews, Lynn Williams, Joyce Charlton, Janice D. Foster, Eugenia Green Jackson, Linda Doughty, Patricia Robinson Jones, Gerome Jackson, James Robinson, Carl Robinson, Carrington Robinson, Jr., Gary Robinson and Phillip Robinson. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
