Thomas, Jr. of Petersburg, Virginia; her son Chief Master Sergeant; her grandchildren, Trinity Sequoa Mona Rice, Jordan Andraus Rice, Joshua Ely Rice, Sanaa Mona Rice, Elijah Xavier Rice, Torry Monta Rice, Jr., Jaxon Logan Rice and Uzziel Munoz Fernandez; her mother Nancy Hemphill Parks of Baltimore, Maryland; her siblings, Russell Winfield Parks, Jr., Clarence Weaver Parks (Zonia) of Baltimore, Maryland, Mary Elizabeth Cottman and Tina Teresa Parks-Aguilar (Raynerio) of Baltimore, Maryland; and her sisters-in-law, Marion of Petersburg, Evelyn Holmes of Spring Grove, Virginia and Bessie Jones of Spring Grove, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
