He is survived by: his son Willie Meno Noise IV (Brenda) of Hampton, VA; his siblings, Johnny (Dianne) of Wilson, NC, Diane (Johnny) of Hopewell, VA, Michael (Diane) of Oxon Hill, MD and Teresa (Michael) of Hopewell, VA; his aunts, Dorothy Mae Ross of Richmond, VA and Shirley Noise of Charlotte, NC; his friend Brenda; and also Estelle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
