He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Campbell and Willie Mae Hairston Campbell; and his siblings, Estella Norwood, Leonard Campbell, Viola Anthony and Andrew Campbell.
He is survived by: his wives, Virginia and Joan; his children, David, Howard, Pamela (Christopher), Warren and Jo Ann (Larry); his grandchildren, Nicole, Randolph and Addison; and his brothers, Harold and James (Trina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and many of his children's friends who looked upon him as a second father.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church Capital Campaign, 228 Halifax Street, Petersburg, VA 23803 in memory of Willie H. Campbell.
