He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Katherine Thrower Batts and Moses Bishop; his daughters, Lisa McFarland and Keisha Mobley-Garner; his son-in-law Jacque Garner; his grandchildren, Darin, Damien Santiago, Jada Mobley and Jurnee Garner; his aunts, Erma Krehely (James) and Veronica Leach McIntosh; his cousin Claude Smith; and his son William Payne. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
