We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 58, William Moreno of Petersburg, Virginia, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Moreno and Louis Moreno; and his sister Diana Moreno. He is survived by: his children, William Pino Moreno and Gabriella Pino Moreno; his siblings, Luis, Eddie Moreno, Emma Cardona and Donna Moreno; and his nieces, Alicia Cardona-Holler, Amanda Cardona and Angela Cardona.

A facial covering will be required while attending all services and viewings, along with limited seating for social distancing..
