He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Blick Jennings and Paul B. Jennings; his brother Earl B. Jennings; his fathers-in-law, Pete and William Finnegan; and his sister-in-law Therese Finnegan Loftin.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Linda M. Jennings; his nephews, Mark Jennings (Momikai) and Jeff Jennings (Holly); his siblings-in-law, Bill Finnegan (Janice), Margaret Finnegan Montgomery (Robert), Kathy Finnegan Crist, Joan Finnegan, Linda Finnegan Morrissett (Steve Crumley) and Floyd E. Loftin; and also, Scott Shashaty and Jason Buck. He is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
