He was predeceased by: his parent Garland Travis Almarode, Sr.; and his brother Terry Almarode. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Almarode; his stepsons, Matthew Cotter and Dylan Cotter; his mother Susie Almarode; his brother Garland T. Almarode, Jr.; his wife Nancy; and his sisters, Tammy Higgins (David) and Missy Tipton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
