He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Mae Jones; his stepfather Elijah Jones; his grandmother Creasy Louise Butts; and his uncles, Paul, Hugh, William Henry, Charles and Marvin Butts.
He is survived by: his children, LaToya Caine (Jay), Thomas Crenshaw, Dejuan Burkes, Thomasena Robinson, Tretwone Robinson, Jessica Wade, Carolyn and Tiffany Robinson; his stepsiblings, Keith Jackson, Christy Brown and Quiana Wesson; and his uncles, Ronnie and Keith Butts. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
