He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Partman (Lataunya), Felicia Stretcher (Melvin) of Richmond, VA, Thomas Stretcher Jr. (Cheryl) of Virginia Beach, VA and Mark Stretcher of Suffolk, VA.; his grandchildren, Dominique Stretcher-Claiborne (Jamar), Erica Bland, Shadawn Paige, D'Leeta Stretcher, Destiny Stretcher, Jamel, Janelle and Jaren; his great grandchildren, Jaiden, Desiree, Shaniya, Maverick and Kavanni; and his nephews, Joseph Jones and Lester Stretcher Jr. A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
