He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fannie Williams and Theodore Williams, Sr.; his grandson Tarlek Neal; his significant other Iris "Babydoll" Taylor; his children, Tashauna Neal, Tarvis Neal (Angel), Dyquisha Neal, Isaiah Taylor, Anthony Taylor, Sr. (Khadijah) and Taiwan Taylor; his grandchildren, Zyon Williams, Z'Mya Taylor and Anthony Taylor, Jr.; his siblings, Carol Williams, David Williams (Etta) and Tony Williams (Monte); his aunts, Jane Lundy, Elma Hinton, Hazel Jackson, Susan Harrison, Evelyn Giles and Delores Williams; his uncle Melvin Williams (Gloria Lee Taylor); and his friends, Maryann Coleman, Ronald Bradby, Charles Winston, Vanessa Childs, Victor Taylor and Randy Taylor. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
