He was predeceased by: his father Wilbert Cabbins, Sr.; his brother Wilbert Cabbins, Jr.; and his nephews, Laslow E. Cabbins and Orlando Cabbins. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Cabbins, Jr., Rondell Sheff and Kayla Scott; his mother Channie White; his siblings, Scartha Cabbins, Fanell Jones, Gloria Cabbins-White (Ronnie), Brenda Robinson (Haywood), Ricky Cabbins (Roxanne) and Clayton Cabbins (Loletia); his cousins, James Hasting of Maryland and Bobby Lewis of Amelia; and his friend Patsy Lee. He is also survived by her children; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
