He is survived by: his friend Solomon Johnson, Jr.; his wife Mary Gill; his daughters, Sandra Spratley (Chris), Darlene Williams (Maurice), Janet Johnson (Carl) and Karen Williams (Eric); his grandchildren, Nakia Johnson, Shanika Hill (Donald), Corey Spratley (Sade), Karl Johnson, Jr., Ashley Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Nicholas Hunter (Taylor) and Jeremy Johnson; his great grandchildren, Dashawn Spratley, Shanice Hill, Jillian Parson, Eden Hunter and Amina Johnson; his sister Shelia Johnson; and his close friend Kamryn Johnson. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, sisters-in-law, and friends.
