She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Mae Goode and James Benjamin Murphy; her husband Samuel Waddell; her siblings, Annie Ruth Goode and James Goode (Bubbee); and her nephew Reginald Hunley.
She is survived by: her children, Bryant Goode of Tennessee and Shimera Waddell of Virginia; her grandchildren, Autrelle Waddell of Virginia and Decarso Goode of Tennessee; and her siblings, Odelia Gibbs of Virginia, Scarlett Hunley of Virginia, Marie Rita Jones (Rickey) of Arizona, Brenda Murphy of Virginia and Eric Murphy (Glenda) of California. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and an uncountable amount of adopted children.
