He was predeceased by: his mother Susanna Hayward; his brother William; his son Frederick Hayward; and his pet Ming-Toi. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hayward; his sons, Roger "Keith" Hayward (Melinda), Eric Hayward (Anita), Patrick Hayward, Paul Hayward and Michael Hayward; his grandchildren, Josie, Jerry, Emma, Scarlett, Avery and Henry; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Preston, Scarlett Olivia and Killyen; his brother Richard Hayward; his niece Brenda Trevino; his friend Kenny Hall; and his pet Twinkie.
