He was predeceased by: his former wives, Edith Harper and Lula Harper; his children, Ralph Harper, Jr. and Rose H. Hawkins; and his sister-in-law Mamie Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa G. Harper; his stepchildren, Michael Powell, Veronica Powell, Darell Gee and Amanda Williams; his grandson Stanley Demond Hawkins; his mother-in-law Rosa L. Gee; his son-in-law Stanley; his aunts, Margaret Holloman (John) and Yvonne Myrick; his uncle Deacon Macon Myrick (Dorothy); and his close friends, Tom Edwards, Carroll Briggs, Fred Pulley, Jr., Joe Harper, Willie Lawton and Rick Hairfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
