She was predeceased by: her parent Zeb Dee Murphy; her husband Lawrence I. Minter, Jr.; and her sons, Loran "Itsy" Minter, Leonard "BeBe" Minter and Lorenzo Alphonso Minter.
She is survived by: her son Lawrence "Groove" Minter; and her brother Leonard E. Reeves.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Bland Funeral Home (137 Harrison St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Gillfield Baptist Church (209 Perry St, Petersburg, VA 23803).
