She was predeceased by: her father Newton Collins; her husband Carl Burnell Welch; and her son Ronnie Welch. She is survived by: her children, Gary Welch (Kim) and Donna Hester (Charles); her daughter-in-law Julie Welch; her grandchildren, Amy Richards (Don), Rusty Welch and Ryan Merritt (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Owen, Avery, Jenna, Olivia, Casey, Mackenzie and Charlotte. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
