She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Key, Jr.; her mother Cora Bland; her children, James Edward Winfield, Richard Edward Key and Herline Cheatham; and her brother John Curtis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary E. Wynn and Rosalind C. Spencer; her grandchildren, Stephanie Wynn-Jones, Christopher R. Spencer and Terrence J. Wynn; and her great grandchild Sofia E. Jones. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Dinwiddie Memorial Park (7324 Church Rd, Petersburg, VA 23803).
