She was predeceased by: her parents, Deacon Junius E. and Annie B. Hunt; and her siblings, Thurman (Kilroy), Franz (Bert) and Kathleen (Kat).
She is survived by: her sister Marion M. Bouldin of Petersburg; her nieces, Tara Evans (Jamie) of Chesterfield and Audra Thompson of Northern Virginia; her great-nephew Stefan Hunt of Washington, D. C.; her goddaughter Kimberly Jones (Frederick); her close friends, Lucille and Herbert Goodwyn of Dinwiddie, VA; her caregivers, Pacing Dugger and Cynthia Kershaw; her friend Matthew Turner; and also, F. Kai, Ezekiel (Zeke) of Washington, D. C., Sheila Glover, Cynthia Shackleford and Columbus Shackleford, Jr..
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Bland Funeral Home (137 Harrison St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Union Baptist Church (5962 Laurel Springs Rd, Spring Grove, VA 23881).
