She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Goodwyn and Lucy Anne Mitchell Goodwyn; her husband Duke Lewis; and her brothers, John, Willie, Thomas and Charles Goodwyn.
She is survived by: her son Michael Lewis of Petersburg, VA; her goddaughter Karen Hamlett of Ruther Glen, VA; her niece Ruth Stephens of Swan Point, MD.; her friends, Deborah Mason, Jackie Eldridge and Martha Harris; her significant other William Lundy of Muricopa, Arizona.; and also Eulanda Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
