With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lottye L. Parham (Petersburg, Virginia), who passed away on November 30, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lottie Mae Lanier and George Shelton Lanier; and her brother William Leroy Lanier. She is survived by: her sister Eunice V. Lanier; her brother-in-law Deacon Stanley Parham; her daughter Lisa C. Hamlin (Dewey Jr.); her grandchildren, Kisha Williams, Jacinta Parham, Jon Sykes, Junius W. Parham III and Lillian Parham; her great grandchildren, Colisha Williams of Antwaun Parham, II, Amyia Jones, Amauri Parham, Ivan Sykes and Liam Walters; and her great great grandchild Kamoni Al-Qadaffi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many devoted friends.
