He is survived by: his wife Beulah McCray Harley; his sons, Garry and Rodrick Harley; his niece Linda Earthly Powell (Pastor Joseph Powell) of Severn, MD; his nephews, Aubrey Harley, Jerome Harley, Alexander Harris and Antonio Johnson; his cousin Clara McKethan of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara McCray, Florence Gaddis, Verdell Dixon and James McCray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
