She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Beasley and Betty Beasley; her husband Louis E. Givens; her daughter Mildred C. Leach; her siblings, George E. Beasley, Thomas Beasley, John D. Beasley, Vernan Lewis, Isabell Wilson and Nannie Parham; her great grandchild Malcolm Leach II; and her friend Ann Clanton.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Malcolm Leach (J'von) of Chesterfield, VA, Ebony Leach (Quincy) of Prince George, VA, Kym Gilliam of Petersburg, VA, Maricia Blair of Wichita Falls, TX, Shareka White of Wichita Falls, TX, Michaeola Mason of Wichita Falls, TX, Marniqua Thompson of Wichita Falls, TX, Saleshya Jackson and Neyat Jackson of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Malek Leach, Mariah Leach, Mackenzie Leach, Asia Leach-Brydson, Marcus Foster, Tamar Jackson, Tyra Jackson, Kiana Jackson, Taliah Gilliam and Talayah Gilliam; her daughters, Rita White of Wichita Falls and Sharon Jackson of Fayetteville, NC; her brother Joe King Beasley; and her friends, Mattie Gillispie, Mattie Lee Ryals, Jean Nickens and Viola Gholson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
