He is survived by: his wife Thomasine Charles; his daughters, Cassandra Walker, Teressa Mayfield and Tessie Miles; his grandchildren, Mark, Marcell Mayfield (Kiasia), Brittney Pope (Mattew), Devonté, Kori and Ebony Miles; his great grandchildren, Seline Pope and Mikari Mayfield; and his siblings, Billy Charles (Linda), Cliff Charles (Sonya), Ricky Charles, Leona Mullins, Lorraine Dent (James), Ynestra Townes (Herbert) and Dale Charles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
