He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Haskins and Adiel L. Haskins; his sons, Kenneth, Kevin and Lee Haskins; and his siblings, Garland Haskins, Henry Haskins, Mary Stokes, Josie Turner and Bertha Hilton.
He is survived by: his children, Bonita A. Haskins of Chesterfield, VA, Joseph L. Haskins (Joselyn) of Petersburg, VA and John M. Haskins of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Chanetra Haskins, Kevin Haskins, Jasmine Jenkins, Amber Taylor and LeLe Giles; his great grandchild Chanya Unique Haskins-Hill; his brother Samuel Haskins; and his friends, Henry Vest, Bobby Lee and Laverne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
