He was predeceased by: his siblings, Larry Epps and Betty Epps Garrison. He is survived by: his daughters, Chanel Epps Hobbs (Lamont Hobbs) of Chester, VA and Shaleta Epps of Chester, VA; his brother Leroy Epps; his stepbrother Emmett Terry Jr.; and his sister-in-law Sadie M. Epps. He is also survived by several nieces, two nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
