He is survived by: his father Bishop Charles L. Norris Sr.; his brother Charles L. Norris Jr.; his daughter Keisha Estelle Norris; his stepdaughters, Zoe Francis (Don) and Amber Chase; his nephews, Charles L. Norris, III and Jason Karnell Norris (Shanel); and his cousins, Jacqueline Hurst, Helaine Williams and Lenore Davis. He is also survived by six grandchildren; a grand nephew and niece; many relatives and close friends.
