It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph P. Green of Petersburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Wendell Willis. He is survived by: his wife Maria A. Green; his children, Clover Willis, Denise Robinson (Johnnie), Sherry Ingram (Edgar), Ronald (Pamela), Danny (Tammy), Barry and Arthur Green; and his sister Irma Mitchell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
