He is survived by: his children, Anthony (Toni), Sean Slade, Sr., Tarkeisha Byrd of Petersburg and Courtney Slade of Petersburg; his grandchild Terry Gordan, Jr.; his great grandchild Ter; his mother Sylvia Williams (Alex); his sister Charlotte Balthrop; his aunt Argie Williams (Johnny) of Michigan; his uncles, Linwood Fitzgerald (Mildred) of Dinwiddie, VA and Minister Steve R. Fitzgerald (Joann) of Suffolk, VA; his niece Angela Balthrop; his nephew Antonio Balthrop; his cousins, Andre Jones and Princess Johnson; his friend Rodney Moseley; and his close friend Amanda Baker. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
