He is survived by: his wife Ella Nadine; his children, Joseph E. Baskerville, III and Dawn Baskerville Howard; his sister Valerie Yeisley (Richard); and his grandson Rene'Howard, III (LaCeon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
