She was predeceased by: her grandmother Maryann Gregory; and her nephew Craig Lipford. She is survived by: her parents, Regina Talley and Richard "Lilbit" Talley; her stepmother Tina Moore Talley; her son James Eades; her fiancé Scott Nelms; her siblings, Ricky Alexander, Sandy Gregory, Shannon Jamison, Amanda Moore and Chrissy Moore; and the father of her child Shane Eades.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that monetary donations be made sent and made payable to Richard Talley. The donations will be used to set-up an educational trust for James Eades, Jessie's surviving 13 year old son.
