Harper, Jr. (Linda), Jacob R. Harper and Jon Keith Harper (Yvette); his sister-in-law Helen Harper; his uncle Deacon Ivory Cary, Sr. (Barbara); and his aunts, Mary Young of Philadelphia, PA and Geraldine Allen of Petersburg, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
