He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Baker III and Jeffery Baker; his granddaughter Mary Jane Elizabeth Baker; his sisters, Gayle Mathis and Janet Weaver (Lloyd); his nieces and nephews, Nicole Tant (Steven), Jackie Mathis Kruse (Michael), Michael Mathis, James Mathis and Starr Lee Caldwell (Kalabe); and his cousin Stacey Faille (Richard).
