It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Pulliam-Vaughan of Petersburg, Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Cane" Pulliam and Barbara Pulliam; her siblings, Troy Pulliam, Antonio Pulliam, Sr. and Gloria White; and her nephew Troy Pulliam.
She is survived by: her husband Andre Vaughn; her children, Demontray Pulliam, Bobby Pulliam and LaJoyous Boose; her stepdaughter Chamiska Fitzerald; her mother-in-law Christine Elder; her niece Sierra Pulliam; her siblings, Sandra Mason-Johnson, Terry Wiggins, Tracy Jones (Carlos), William Massenburg, Warnell Massenburg, James Pulliam, Sr., Ricky Pulliam (Paulette) and Raymond Pulliam; her brothers-in-law, Antwan Yates and Wavely Vaughan; her uncles, Joseph Massenburg and Jimmy Reed; her aunt Elizabeth Pulliam; and her friends, Chelsea Brown and April Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
