James Payne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Payne (Petersburg, Virginia), who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Payne and Leota Payne; his wife Iladel Esther Payne; and his son Daniel Louis Payne. He is survived by: his son Alan Dale Payne; his grandchildren, Melissa Suyes (Brian) and Kevin Louis Payne (Janice); his great grandchildren, London, Nolan Suyes, James and Kendal Payne; and his siblings, Bill Payne (Clara), Delbert Payne, Donnie Payne (Nancy), Sue Rice and Snooky Garrett (Lanney). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
